Breaking Barriers: DEI in Real Estate Through the Lens of Black History.

Description: In this keynote featuring speaker Maurice L. Hampton, Black history serves as a backdrop for understanding the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in real estate. Attendees will learn about the systemic barriers historically faced by Black communities and provide a roadmap for real estate professionals to create inclusive, equitable spaces going forward. Attendees will leave with actionable insights on how to champion DEI in their organizations and make a tangible impact.

How it works

Chapters reserve the Black History Month (BHM) DEI virtual event for their members.

Two days before the event, participating chapters will receive a Zoom link to distribute to up to 50 members. Members will be able to simply click the link to access; no login required.
